I am presently undergoing a pending sale and happy to say that the energy that went into presenting my house on which I felt was sufficient but because I am a contractor on which I had spent majority of my life catering to clients who knows what they want, with the help of Laura adding the right touch, need I say a womans touch was and is a perfect balance to make a sale,(funny thing with that right touch)I was so impressed with one element of design or layout lead me to feel saying to myself what did I just do.(my feelings was saying absolutely yes to the layout) that Laura presented at that point Laura understood my design and concept,and nailed it.Laura is a rare agent on which never minded in rolling up her sleeve and doing what is necessary to create the finish touch on something I am impressed with. I am proud to say that Laura will be my first choice when I dive into another project and may consider in hiring Laura not just sale but to bring Laura in while the layout is transpiring. Because of Laura insight and making things I say yes absolutely with any reservation. Truthfully words can not complete my very thought on how important in making this happen and the most important element to this whole acceptance of Lauras service is her strategy, that was the very thing sold me from the first time we sat down and spoke.
