The May is an amazing place to live. You wont get a better location for the price. The building was recently renovated and they did an amazing job inside and out. Not only are the units incredibly well done, the community spaces are incredible. A gym with a yoga studio and private work out rooms equipped with TVs, free weekly yoga classes for residents (amongst other great free events), and nice locker rooms in the gym. A great community room with free coffee which is great before a long work day. The rooftop is almost amazing with grills, fire pits, nice couches, and a great view. They also really care about the upkeep of the apartment and this can be seen with the cleaning staff working literally every day. They clean all of the hallways and community spaces what feels like every day. Some reviews commonly noted two issues. First was management. I havent had a single issue with property management, maintenance techs, security, front desk staff, or the cleaning staff. Property management has had a change in property management twice in a couple of years but the rest of the large staff stays the same and are amazing and do care about you and your home. Second was the parking situation. Yes, it is $250 per month which out of context sounds expensive, but nobody talks about what you get. You get a reserved parking spot in a climate controlled, extremely secured garage, in the heart of downtown Cleveland right near every sports facility, bar, and restaurant. Thus, what comes out to roughly $8.33 per day is a steal. During every sporting event or concert, parking downtown is $30 minimum (sometimes up to $60+)! So in short, its extremely worth the price and is an amazing building to live in. Youd be happy to call it home.

Been living here since august 2022, so far no issues and great building Update February 2024: constant management turnover has been an extreme headache and when it comes to lease renewals they dont care about keeping you around, which sucks and is disheartening as someone who has lived here for almost two years Parking for 250$ a month is insane and it sucks how the monopoly of LAZ parking causes tenants to dish out way too much money just to park at the building Overall, the building is great but every few months you have to deal with someone new that doesnt care about loyalty and relationships with current tenants. With parking the cost to live here is not justified
