        This building is absolutely stunning and truly a work of art in every way imaginable! I cannot even describe the views of downtown and the lake in words, its spectacular. The management is exceptional, Christina and Carly are so helpful and friendly! Eric is also really great and proactive with maintenance and keeps the building running smoothly. Thank you all for making this so easy and comfortable! :)

        Toured C+S last weekwhat a beautiful space. I fell in love with the area. It is so close to many restaurants and little shops. Loved the views from the apartments I toured as well as all the design features. Josh Monaco did a phenomenal job at addressing my questions during my tour. He even gave a great lunch recommendation. Hoping to bring my boyfriend back to tour with me as we are looking for our next place. Would highly recommend to take a lookand ask for Josh!

        Loved living at Church and State. Amazing location and the onsite team Josh is so accommodating and attentive. The neighborhood is the best walking score in the area and you are just steps away from Harness Cycle, Beet Jar, and Rising Star!
