        Absolute nightmare. There was straight domestic abuse going on right next to my brothers apartment and the leasing office did absolutely nothing. They offered exactly no resolution to truly unreasonable circumstances. I mean, if you happen to be bulletproof and deaf its probably a great place to live! Also if you dont own a car that you care about. Oh, and maybe if you only need a few hours of sleep a night. Basically youd be well suited if you consider meth a casual nighttime snack.

        We've been living here for a week, and everything has been excellent so far. The location is perfect, offering an ideal view. The apartment is clean, and everything is functioning properly, with maintenance responding promptly. The apartment manager, Oleg, assisted us in ensuring a smooth move. So far, we haven't heard any noise from the neighbors, making it a peaceful and quiet living environment.

        Just recently moved in and everything about this place is amazing. The staff (especially Oleg!) is super amazing, the view is beautiful, and the location is great! I have my heart set on this place after the first vist!

        Whatever you do, do not move in here if safety is important to you at all. It is very close to section 8 housing there are car break-ins almost nightly to cars that are parked in the vicinity. 10 car break-ins in one night last week, not to mention the shooting out front on a Tuesday with 10 gunshots fired. Dont get me started with security

      We appreciate feedback but are saddened by your characterization of our great community. We are unable to locate you as a resident at Stonebridge Waterfront. However, we understand that your comments are posted on behalf of a past resident. Regarding this resident, our management team had multiple conversations with him about steps being taken and the legalities of the situation you mentioned. We explained that this situation required law enforcement, as our staff have no legal rights to intervene in a domestic incident or ‘remove’ someone against their will without following proper procedures. We allowed the resident to leave early without penalty; however, he chose to stay until his lease ended. Please have him contact us if he would like to provide additional feedback or discuss any other concerns.
