    I just dropped it off a week AGO, I will let you know when the car is fixed.they are two great guys. I would take any vehicle to them and.watch a brand-new car come rolling out.. I am just baffled it took 3 yrs to get a response from the owner very glad he takes more interest in the repair of cars than customer relations and reviews also just noticed they only responded to the good reviews no apologies to the customers that complained,

    I was disappointed with the estimator for a few reasons. When it was my turn to get an estimate -(Btw, I could have just sent them pictures, the guy was out there for like 3 min and I took better pictures than he did), hurried inside , wrote the estimate in 5 min and handed it to me stating; " you have insurance you should just give it to them because there could be $2k-$3 k more in damager later on". I advised I appreciate that but if he thinks there is 2 or 3k more then what did he miss on the estimate and I will decide if I want to pay out of pocket or not after I review all estimates. Then I asked him to point out how they plan on repairing the hood- WOW , boy did the become short tempered .... He proceeded to state well Im not fixing the whole hood only this part because this is where the glass scratched are ( pointing to only a 1/4 of the hood) and I proceeded to ask well then what are you going to do with the rest? He said they will throw on clear coat but they wont quote on 2 dings on the hood. I asked why not? He said, I dont feel it was a part of the accident--- after hearing that, lol,,, I was thinking " What"?? lol How is it NOT? Items flew off the car and hit the hood?? Then I pointed out that there was glass on the WHOLE other half side of the hood , isn't that part of the accident?? " I feel to do this correctly, if you are going to do this job, I would like it done right which is the whole hood, can you please adjust your estimate" WOW,,, boy that sure pissed him off as he literarily said " I don't want this truck here" and stormed away as a CHILD would with a " tantrum " as if he was 3 yrs old because he didn't like that I might have wanted to pay for the damage out of pocket. SHEEZZZZZZZ... If anyone from this shop is reading this,,, Sorry you might have had a ONE OFF DAY , but this is NOT how you do business.... The Other REASON WAS: there was a older man asking about his front fender who was asking about what can be done with the white paint on his fender. I observed him advising that the whole thing would have to get painted and done... well FYI: a little brake dust fluid and elbow grease get the smudge off in 5 min. The bumper and fender didn't have any major damage, it was more cosmetic. Perhaps this employee works on commission? Either way, I would have whipped it off for the little old man And FINALY when I walked in the shop to see the craftsmanship and looking at what they just completed, I didn't feel the workmanship was 100% , the way the colors meshed with the original parts, you can see it was fix but hey that was only one car, right? Giving them the benefit of the doubt--- I did not use their company for the above reasons
