Our driver was on time (i.e. - early, even at 3am), the vehicle was large, clean, and quiet, and the driver was both professional and friendly. Pickup on return from the trip was simple and comfortable. This is our go-to limo service.

I used this company daily at one point in 2022 to get my son from school and never had an issue. Today I called Because I had Car trouble and the dispatcher had a horrible attitude. I called And asked if a car could pick me up from my location and drop me off at another and his response was To do what like he was confused as to why I called a car service for a ride. When I asked If this was the car company he said yes but you need to make a reservation a day in advance(never once had to do that before and even if thats the case you couldve been way better about how you spoke to customers). So I tell Him I used The service in the past which is why I was calling but I was So turned off by his unnecessary attitude I politely said never mind and hung up. I needed The ride but Im never paying for bad customer service and Im sad I had To leave this review because I never Thought Id be saying this about them.
