They need to be more customer service aware I literally had to make a pick up order in order to get attention within the restaurant

My hot and ready were fine. Drink machine was out, yet they still took our order. No one told us the machine was out, and we had to ask for refunds ourselves. They gave us refunds, but there was one overworked manager, to manage a team of apparently new hires. He was trying his best, but stretched too thin. They need more experienced help to help him.

This is the most Chaotic, unprofessional, unorganized and rude food establishment I have ever been to. Took us 45 minutes to get a refund. Will never come back.

I come here frequently. Ive had good and poor service. The great service have been from the drive thru supervisor Ty. He is always so kind, very attentive and his customer service is amazing. Thats when busy or not. Whenever they are out of a doughnut he problem solves quickly. Iyanna (hope I spelled it correctly) she is so sweet as well. Great customer service and an attentive worker. Whenever I get service from them its always great. Now, there is another supervisor who is older. He will make you never want to return again. I order an online order and waited at the pick up location as I always do. I waited for 20 mins, asked if my order was ready. He told me to go stand in the line and wait. The line was out the door. I had already paid for my doughnuts so I had no choice. He then gives me the doughnuts with an attitude and is talking ignorant to the other customers. When Info go into the store & the older supervisor is working cashier I leave. Besides that I would say having a more uniformed way of producing more specialty doughnuts would be great.
