Everykey

I bought one of these things for my windows pc, didn't work, I emailed, called, ask for help, ask for directions. What did I get? NOTHING! I do not recommend Everykey, save your money!

these company doing fraud with customer + the security researcher the take bugs from them then blocking them not replying them deleting there coments

I started this review with 1 star but have now raised it to 5. All companies are going to have problems but it is how they handle them that matters to me. The people at Everykey have worked very hard to overcome some severe problems caused by the Postal Service. In addition, their product is very well thought out and works very well. I would certainly recommend them. This review started out with 1 star. You can read the review below. It took about a week and a half, but I finally reached someone who was willing to go the extra mile to solve my problem. Daniel listened to my problem and offered a solution. The product is on its way and I can see it on tracking. I would have made the review higher but it should have never taken that long to solve the problem. I purchased two keys at the end of November. Within a couple of days the tracking said that the paperwork had been submitted to USPS but the package had not yet been received. A week later, USPS still says it is waiting for the package. I have sent about a half dozen emails to the company and received two useless replies. They say they are here to help but help is what I am not getting. I worry about dealing with a company that give bad service during the sale. What is it going to be like after the sale.
