The job has no structure or accountability. The plant mangers dont even stick around the whole year because its just chaos. They over work the departments and give you pieces of paper to make you feel appreciated like its kindergarten. The supervisor never care what you say but want you to work harder with less than the bare minimum. They claim to be clean buys its literally mice infested with some of the grossest bathrooms ever. They dont even allow you to go to the store on break and even by their logic a break is a privilege because they dont have to offer it. If you really need a job I understand but this company wont be around 3 more years.

I WORKED HERE FOR ABOUT THREE MONTHS ALMOST FOUR AND THEY WAITED UNTIL AFTER I WAS THERE THAT LONG TO FINALLY TELL ME THAT I WASN'T REALLY DOING A GOOD JOB..BUT I THINK THAT THEY THE (EMPLOYERS AND POSSIBLY SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES JUST DIDN'T WANT ME THERE SO THAT'S WHY ALOT OF THAT STUFF WAS SAID...BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY HAVE PUT UP A LOT OF JOB POSTINGS AND U PUT IN FOR THEM THEY WOULD CALL THEMSELVES PICKING AND CHOOSING WHO THEY WANTED TO HIRE IN...ESPECIALLY IF U WERE A SO-CALLED TEMP FROM ONE OF THEIR AGENCIES THAT THEY DID BUSINESS WITH...FOR ME IT WAS A COMPLETE WAIT OF MY TIME AND ENERGY AND I WAS NEVER HIRED IN EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONE OF THE FIRST TEMPS TO PUT IN AN APPLICATION ...BUT LUCKILY FOR ME I WAS ABLE TO FIND ME ANOTHER JOB THAT WAS REALLY CLOSE TO HOME. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME
