Spoke with Ellen Kramer about a case hearing I had coming up. She was referred to me by the Cleveland Bar Association who told me I could get advice and potentially find a lawyer. In this discovery call Ellen began to reprimand me for not dealing with this sooner and mentioned how she was unwilling to move things around because I need to get my act together. A simple I can't do it would have worked. But she instead felt the need to express how bad I had messed things up and never allowed me to actually explain the details and circumstances. Save yourself some time and just call a firm with lawyers who want to work and be helpful when doing so. I'm not paying someone 250+ an hr to complain that they may now have to do their job.

I had a tricky difficult hard time with employment with a big academic institute. Ellen M. Kramer is professional, practiced good approach and reached to a reasonable settlement. Highly recommended service. Furthermore, most of the work/appointments was done virtually during the COVID 19 pandemic. She knows how to handle the case.
