Unable to rate because they overbooked the hotel and didn't have a room, even though I had a reservation. The front desk said 15 other parties won't have their reservations fulfilled either. About the worst thing you can do somebody at 12am tbh.

Stayed for a wedding. Service was great, rooms were a little outdated and adjacent rooms loud but all in all a nice experience.

Our room was nice and ready on arrival. However they are clearly under staffed. Housekeeping never came to clean and when we requested service, the hotel said they could only offer trash and towels. We agreed and two towels and one wash cloth were tossed on our bed, old towels on the bathroom floor were not removed, trash was not taken and coffee and cups not replaced. When we tried to contact service now, we were never able to get someone to answer. This is the most disappointing hotel service I have ever experienced.

The hotel seemed to be greatly understaffed. We booked and paid for a king room and got 2 queens. Mentioned this to the front desk and they said there's nothing they can do, because we booked through Expedia and to contact them. We did, they tried to contact the hotel, and to no surprise couldn't get a hold of anyone. Our key cards didn't work and had to go to the front desk and wait in line twice to get those fixed. Also, our room was out of body wash, we asked in person and called the front desk and both times said they would have some sent up. Never got any. We attempted to contact them more about this but they were so busy no one would answer the phone and the line at the front desk wasn't worth standing in. Lastly our room wasn't cleaned well. I found a wad of chewing tobacco at the side of the bed, and the cleaners didn't come during the day to refill any of the consumables in the room.
