I came here for business its very beautiful hotel it has a nice restaurant roof top bar indoor pool and the gym its located downtown Cleveland tons of restaurants around its very safe if you want to walk .The staff are super nice and friendly they help you with all the questions and anything you want very useful informations .They are courteous and professional I will dgnrt come back here on vacation next time

I know prices have gone up but ridiculous for what you get. I ordered a chicken caesar salad that the server suggested for healthy option that was not on the menu. It had 4 leaves of romaine uncut, 2 cut cherry tomatoes and a small 1/2 chicken breast. $28.00. One can buy a whole roasted chicken at Sams for under $5.00 a 3 pack of romaine leaves for $4. and a pint of cherry tomatoes for $3.00 That will make at least 6 salads larger than the one they served for $12.00 At $18.00 it would have been high but had they actually given you a bowl with more than 4 leaves of romaine, and and and. Needless to say I went to be hungry not wanting to over pay for something else.

This Hilton location was very disappointing for being a Hilton. Wait 45 minutes to check in. There were 3 employees and only one or them was checking people out. One customer behind me complained and canceled his reservation. The customer they were waiting on after 45 minutes made him wait due to an issue with his reservation and magically they decide to wait on us other customers and hop on another computer. Why didn't they do that to begin with? My check in wad fast. The room was out dated and the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Someone's beard hair or some type of hair was in the sink.
Their parking area is a nightmare and hard to get in and out of since it's monitored. I ordered door dash, the dasher leaves it at the front desk instead of bringing it to my room. I called several times to the front desk to see if someone could bring it up to me, no one answered. It's also located across the street from the stadium so during games it becomes a chaotic nightmare.
I also thought that if your a hilton member you get free bottled water, which they definitely had water, they just weren't giving it or offering it to members.
