Barsala at Luckman

I would never stay at a Barsala managed property again. We had so much wrong with our unit: blinds ripped off the window, kitchen sink backing up because of inoperable disposal, the door plate came off completely revealing a cracked door. The room was not secure, and I would have never stayed if it wasn't for my husband. It would be a female single traveler's worst nightmare. Rooms: Clean but not maintained. Sparse doesn't come close.. we had two towels, two washcloths. One teaspoon. Two tiny coffee cups. No heat, no extra blankets besides what was on the bed. Nearby activities: Close to Stadium Hall of Fame, Playhouse District. Walkability: Very easy to walk to the stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, plays, and Cleveland State.

Terrible. Roach infested! Tried to get a refund but they refused. Please take pictures of your stay so you can dispute with your card company

The worst stay I've ever had. Roaches was coming from the kitchen, bathroom. So uncomfortable had to leave. There was no staff to help you. This was just bad. Don't waste your money here!!! Rooms: Nasty! Don't waste your time or money! They try to give you a hard time. About getting your money back.

Amazing! Key kiosk was convenient, check in anytime & not have to wait at a desk. It was immaculate, gorgeously furnished, fluffy towels & every amenity you want in a studio apartment, all I needed to bring was me! Tons of space, beautiful view, plus gym, courtyard, dog run, tennis court- you name it they have it. Awesome TV channels. It was quiet, clean, & comfier than my own home. They even had sparkling water waiting. Affordable & location is near everything. Highly recommend & I'll be back!

This review is for room 620. It looked like a remodel, still in process. No toilet paper holder, no towel holders, window blinds off the window and leaning against the wall, a second window blind broken, wifi router laying on the ground, 1 teaspoon in the kitchen, no paper towels, black markings on the window, walls sections broken and repaired and not painted yet, deadbolt lock faceplate broke off, garbage disposal did not work, no place to unpack clothing, except for 2 small nightstand tables.There were many other smaller problems too. The good: close to Playhouse Square. 20-30 walking distance to football stadium and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Small market across the street but better and bigger one, 1 block away, North called DGX. Chinese restaurant, right next door.
