    I guess I expected more out of Best Western. The rooms were not bad, however, the small gym needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The water fountains were not working. The location was okay. One thing that I loved was the breakfast here.

    Staff is amazing and super friendly. Location is right down the street from the airport. Building is clean and well kept. My only issue is the shower didn't have hot water, so no shower for me. Had I arrived earlier I would have asked them fix it or swap rooms. But I was tired, and had to leave early the next morning.

    Complete idiots that work here with terrible customer service. I attempted to use a gift card that I accumulated through Best Western. The front desk said I had to go online to use it I explained to them when I called customer service they said to present the card at the front desk. I had the front desk call customer service with me customer service explained to them the card can be utilized over the counter. Finally the manager of this particular Best Western was able to be reached on the phone wouldn't actually come out to the front desk they asked me to send them a picture via email of the Best Western gift card and they would apply, they didn't. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service apologizing for the incompetence of this particular Best Western and explain each one is individually owned there's only so much they can do. It took me a good hour to check in the room, the main light just kept flickering like a strobe light or some scary movie. I noticed the guy in front of me you tried to check in they kept saying his credit card didn't work, I don't think he was ever able to check in. The only reason I was able to check in is because of my diamond status and credit card on file which they charged. By far the worst Best Western experience I ever had and the corporate office doesn't seem to be able to fix what they screwed up.

    Very very basic and we were very lucky with our room. We got a room that was just deep cleaned for an inspection, so everything felt fresh and clean. The hotel itself is more on the older side but everything is present, works and is clean. The staff is friendly and does their job even though it felt a little bit like watching a drama show. Overall the price to what you get can not be better. The breakfast is very simple but you find what you want and they have coffee, tea, juice and fruit all day. Rooms: Simple but clean and everything was present what was needed. The sheets were very thin and you need to ask for more most likely or an extra blanket. Nearby activities: Nothing bc at the airport. You need to calculate 20-30min to get anywhere. There no restaurants close by. Safety: It seemed fine not the best but okay. Walkability: Nothing but one a little scetchy looking restaurant that seems like Dennys. Food & drinks: Simple but fine. Appreciated the complementary breakfast, coffee and fruit. Noteworthy details: They shuttle you to the hotel and car rental as much as you want, for free and 24/7.
