        I've used E&M a few times on rentals for furnace replacement and repair. They're very fast to respond especially in urgent situations and do a great job. I'd recommend them to anyone

        Alex stopped by to inspect my A/C system recently. My system wasn't kicking on and staying on, so I figured there was something wrong. Sure enough, Alex told me the system had a leak, which is why it wasn't blowing warm. He added some refrigerant to the system and told me to monitor it going forward. It was good to have someone work on it that I can trust. I'll call Alex again if the system leaks and he will perform a leak test.Friendly, fast service!
