Cleveland Broadband has been my ISP for the last 5 years. Before that, I lived in several different cities with different providers of all kinds. Cleveland Broadband has been by far the absolute best ISP without a doubt, not only because the service was reliable & fast 99.999% of the time but also because if you do ever have a problem, they will literally be there in the blink of an eye to help you out with whatever you may need. Reliable, fast, affordable & better customer service than you would ever expect from an internet provider. Thanks for making my time in Cleveland that much better.

I just want to say that Cleveland Broadband has been one of the best internet providers to work with. They have always been timely with any questions or concerns that Ive had. And their staff is friendly and respectful. Their rate is the lowest that Ive ever had. Dont hesitate to sign up with them!!

Cleveland Broadband was always responsive to requests. In the months I had the service, I had only 1 outage and it was during a large storm. I would definitely use them again! It was a great deal and everyone was great to work with.

Loved Bryans thoroughness to follow up instantly after a voicemail for internet. My speed is as good as his customer service on the phone!
