A few weeks ago, I needed the help of a locksmith to deal with a problem at home. My grandson came to visit and was playing inside the house when he got a hold of the house keys. He inserted one into our bedroom door and it got stuck inside the lock. I couldnt seem to get it out and was worried that I would damage the lock if I forcibly pulled the key out. Luckily, the locksmith we got in touch with was available at night and he quickly resolved the problem. He also charged us reasonably for the service.

Our car keys got locked in our car. After calling a few other places the night before we gave up because most of the interactions were unprofessional and getting pricing was like pulling teeth. Decided to call Lock Alchemy at 9:45 on a Sunday morning. Mark was extremely professional and showed up within 25 minutes. He was up front about pricing and didnt upcharge us for anything. His pricing is more than fair and more reasonable than anyone else we called. He was friendly and even offered to make us a second key if we decided we needed onewell be taking him up on that offer! I just so happen to google Lock Alchemy to be able to get restricted keys made. I'm so glad I did! Mark was so very helpful!!! He put me in contact with someone at Banner Solutions which in turn was able to get me someone local for getting my restricted keys made!!!! I am so very grateful!!!! Thank you Mark!!! You are AWESOME!!!!

The guys Mark and Robert were literally a god send To me, I recently had my car stolen and the guys needed to program new keys in my carbut the battery was completely dead so the guys did their best to help me find a battery and even charged the old one, but all in all after the long process because of the help I was able to get my car back drive-able, thank you guys god bless
