The owner the lady is an unprofessional and rude hope her business goes under. Go to the Mr heros on 185th their food quality is better

The older Indian woman that works there is very rude and has a very bad attitude my wife and I went there last week and we wont be returning smh terrible service and the food is overpriced

So I finally downloaded the Mr hero app and it provided several deals. One deal was for a birthday special which I gladly redeemed. However the woman at the counter seemed disgusted with me that I only purchased the deal. She went from smiling and friendly to snide and short REAL QUICK. I asked for ketchup and she begrudgingly gave me two packs with a snide " anything else I need? " She really shouldn't be at the front counter, but if you're spending full rate she can be real nice, or so I've heard. I didn't get that treatment. I'm going to 185th next time. Deal or no deal.

Whenever I'm in town, I always have to get a Roman Burger. I just love them. Over the years, some don't taste the same as when I grew up in Cleveland, but this particular location was right on point.
