Kind, available, and responsive. I didn't know that these would be words to describe Scott when he was assigned to our loan, but they are, every bit, true and accurate. There would be times in the process where I was overwhelmed and anxious and reached out to Scott. If he wasn't immediately available, he would follow-up very quickly and was quick to offer words of reassurance, provide knowledge about the process, and overall, put me at ease. I highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to work with a loan officer. While I hope to not need to take a loan any time soon, if I did, I would do my best to work with Scott again, he gets 5 stars from me.
