Broadmoor Nails & Spa

I have been a patron of this salon for nearly 2 years. I looked past the dirty floors and filthy bathroom ( used to wash hands ) and the poor conditions of the pedicure area. Yes, they have new chairs, but that doesn't take away from the need to paint, disinfect and sweep. My most recent visit this week was my last. While I will miss Ellie and Van, Annie, the Manager/Owner is rude and very disrespectful to customer's and after my encounter two days ago ( polish change and full -set...110.00) they way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable. She thought that I would stoop to her level and engage in an argument with her in front of other customers and staff. This was based on a miscommunication to which I was willing to overlook. Except she continued to argue with me. I shared with her this is not my style. I refused to argue with her and insisted that she move on. She totally and completely messed up my nails and tried her best to rush as to get me put of her chair. In addition, I had to point out the need to file under my nails...and then after she polished them...I noticed 8 were completely different lengths and widths. When I brought it to her attention, she only "fixed" one. Now I have to go to another salon, speed more $$ to correct her poor work. I am beyond disappointed and I will never ever visit this location nor the Solon location to where they're also rude and don't honor your appointment time unless you're of a different decent. Im not even the type to leave a review good or bad but the job done on my nails was so terrible, I told the man if you dont know how to do dip just say that I would have gotten acrylic but something tells me it would have looked just as terrible , poorly filed like just a total waste of $70 I dont like to complain but I was generally very disappointed I could have saved my money and got a set of press ons if the work was going to be this terrible , I will never return
