I walked in due to their good google reviews and at first they lived up to it. Christine was very professional and personable. Jonny, the owners husband is why I changed my review. He is not nice to his employees or customers. I will not go back. Sad because they are close to my home and Christine was very nice and did a good job. Jonny needs a new personality to keep clients!

Had a great experience at Serenity! My sister and I both had wonderful nail technicians who were efficient and friendly. We made an appointment on the phone and were immediately seated upon arrival for a relaxing pedicure and an immaculate gel manicure. They had a lot of color options, gave us tea and water, and did a great and quick job. Dont forget cash for a tip, though they helpfully have an ATM on site.

I agree with another persons comment about the owners husband. My husband and I were stuck in Cleveland during Covid while my son was in the hospital with cancer. I went there, trying to relax and get away for a little while to get a pedicure. I told him that my son was in the hospital and that I need my phone handy in case my husband called me about my son. I went to check my phone and he screamed at me at the top of his lungs treating me like a child who did something wrong. After that, I was literally shaking in the pedicure chair. I was so upset. Not that I wasnt upset about my son. It still upsets me how he treated me that day. Ive never been treated in that way by anyone ever. I received a text today, saying how they missed me and I didnt know who it was. Just kind of funny I get this text after the way I was treated

Will never attend again. My actual pedicure lasted 10 Minutes. The rest of the time was painting my toes. I think she rubbed one scrub on me for 10 seconds literally. Definitely not worth $55. I got a full set as well was not informed of any of the up charges my full set and 10 minute pedicure was $245.00. When I asked for a breakdown of the total the lady ringing me out started yelling across the salon at the girl doing my pedicure about why she didnt tell me about $22.00 for chrome and $15.00 for gel, and $55.00 for the worst snowflakes drawn on my hand Ive ever seen on my life. She refused to give me a breakdown of charges until after I paid. Defeating the purpose. I expect small up charges but over $100 in up charges without being informed is ludicrous then to be laughed at and embarrassed is another level. 10/10 do not recommend.
