I went to LA Nails and they gave me a student. I got up after the third Knick paid the $17 and left for Queen nails. I had forgotten about them! Nikita fixed my nails and performed a miracleI will be a continuous customer. Thank you Queen

I'll start by saying I've been going here for over 12 years. I came into the shop on Friday to get my fill in and gel polish (my regular). The OWNER (Phil) tells me that if I come in on Friday again, he's not, and I QUOTE, NOT GOING TO DO MY NAILS because his hands hurt when he's done with me." HUH??? I normally come on Tuesday/Wednesday as my schedule permits. I am a business owner. But when I need to come on Friday or Saturday, I do. When this conversation first began, I literally thought he was joking until until he began to argue with me (Yes argue and got up to leave his seat in anger), about what he was NOT going to do if I come in on Friday. Before you ask, NO, my nails aren't crazy long and ridiculous. Just a fill in with gel polish, NO DESIGNS. This is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service at this place and paying my money somewhere that doesn't respect it's customers is absolutely not something that I will do any longer. It was close to home and I am a VERY regular client who comes every two weeks, again, for over 12 years. Let's just say they will never, ever have to worry about receiving another penny (or referral) from me. He should have figured this out, before 12 years. And if your hands hurt doing what you are supposed to do professionally, then you need to FIND ANOTHER CAREER. Plain and simple.

Worst place ever they charged me $70 for the worst service my eyebrows are horrible my toes was done so bad I would never recommend ever
