        Horrible it looked like a 3year old did my manicure. He just put acrylic anywhere didnt even try.

        Worst nail salon in Cleveland. Made my cuticles bleed then in 3 days three of my nails broke. I get overlays never experienced this before. I will not be recommend this place to anyone. Customer service also terrible.

        The services performed for my manicure & pedicure were very good. The problem was the rude and disruptive response of owner to another customer.There was clearly a misunderstanding between customer and owner which could have been handled differently but instead the owner raised his voice and use the worse profanity at the customer when she said she would not come back. I at the end of my service and very shaken by the the incident. I doubt I will go back, I went there for a relaxing professional service! Service: Pedicure
