Arranged an emergency visit to fix a broken pipe that drained the kitchen sink. Logan arrived when promised the same day and replaced the abs pipe very quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with. The next time we have a plumbing issue we will call Neptune and hopefully we will get Logan again.

Hello Just had Logan Campbell from Neptune Plumbing & Heating Ltd., in my house to clear my blocked sewer pipe. He was very pleasant and quick with service and my sewer is now free flowing, minus the 5 baby wipes that had been flushed down the toilet. Recently had technician Scott Kirkwood perform 6 month HWT maintenance service and other small needed fixes. Scott is always respectful and personable. He is also very organized and strives to be efficient.

I had another positive experience with Neptune Plumbing! First of all, their customer service line is great and they really care about their customers. Logan C. arrived to do the work in my bathroom today and I can't say enough about him! He's very professional, honest and just a very pleasant guy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to detect what I needed for my dripping taps (tub). He also fixed a toilet problem I had. I had a few questions and he was happy to give me his opinion and advice. I will be getting a quote from Neptune in the New Year for my bathroom renovation! I highly recommend this company for excellent service and fair pricing as well :)
