Plumbing 911

They will take over $20,000 from you and then act like they have never been to your house unless their employee pocketed the money when he spent a month at my home replacing a boiler, hot water tank, and pipes in the crawl space. I had to have another company, a much better one, come and repair their work since they magically don't do boiler work anymore and claim Ron was never here. He also won't answer the 2 phone numbers he gave me years ago, took my boiler manual the last time he was here and never returned it. Luckily, the company I use now is made up of professionals who don't need the manual and know what they're doing.

My technician was Jesse, who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and I would feel confident in his abilities if he is assigned to your plumbing disaster.

If I could I give zero stars, I would. This is absolutely this most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I honestly think 1000 times before giving anyone a bad review, but in this case, it is wholly warranted and deserved. The plumber that came out initially was kind but inexperienced, when a second guy came out to fix the first guys work, he was also kind, but this companys admin people were beyond rude. They dont warrant their work, and they overcharge for anything, which was confirmed when I had to call another company out to figure out all that plumbing 911 had done wrong. I recently called them again to let them know that a piece of their installed equipment was malfunctioning, and they were again extremely rude in response. I believe the lady I spoke with was Sunny - ultra rude. Please steer clear of this company. They will overcharge you for everything.

Absolutely horrible service. False advertisement and the representative that I spoke with was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I dont usually leave reviews but Ive never been so appalled by bad customer service and work. Hope they dont treat people like this in their every day lives.
