        So United Rentals decided not to deliver. I have been on the phone since 8am with corporate. They ruin our Celebration. Emailed them to confirm when payment will be take and deliver and NOPE they failed! The lady helping me is keeping more communication with me the the local manager & supervisor 3 calls and NOTHING I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THEM FOR S*@T...so Telisha (I believe that was her name) in corporate made sure I was helped connected me with Cory Stevens and he MADE it happen updating my review all because Cory took action so our 4th celebration was a hit!

        Great service! Booking was easy. The rep was very helpful. The toilet unit was clean and in great shape. The only reason it isn't a 5 star is because the delivery team was supposed to call me when they delivered and they did not. Overall, very satisfied with the reservation process.
