From the very first contact we had with Allphase Roofing and Restoration expert, we were impressed with the knowledge, experience and skills of all their sales rep. They made the process of managing the installation of a new roof very easy. Our new roof was done in one day and they were very reasonable in comparison to other roofing companies. I would highly recommend Allphase for your roofing!

Total rip off....work was done okay, kid was professional. But the billing and billing department are a joke. I was billed for things that didn't pertain to my situation and Angela is very rude and pushy demanding that the bill be paid by the end of the week. -10/10 would not recommend this company. I don't expect to get anything for free, but over 7,000 dollars seems a bit extreme. They don't provide you with an estimate either. They just email you weeks later demanding you pay the invoice amount by the end of the week.

Let me say the crew was respectful, and cleaned up, however, the office never let me know the exact amount they would charge. They ended up billing my insurance company the maximum amount available on my policy. I have no funds left to reconstruct my basement or furnish it back to pre-flood condition. It sits unfinished and empty. I am not happy.

To begin with Omar is totally professional, dedicated and will not leave one stone unturned until you are absolutely satisfied! Wherever your issues are, they will be addressed quickly, and with the highest level of performance ! Alllphase crew members are kind, professional and most of all: they will do an OUTSTANDING JOB! I must give a shout-out to Luke and Brandon. They rid my basement of ALL mold and hidden places which looked normal from the outside but actually black mold was growing in quantities behind and all above the walls and celling. Allphase Resotration know their craft! Our home is cleared from mold, hidden mold , black mold and mold spurs which WILL damage your lungs and may cause other health issues. My family will never hire another company. We are in good hands and have nothing to worry about ! I wish that I met Allphase years ago but I'm not looking back any longer. We're moving forward. My family will be taken care of ( what a relief)! If you are distressed and don't know whom to trust, you can count on Allphase Restoration Company to do the job skillfully and correctly!
