Drivers suck. All over the road and drive with rear work lights on blinding other drivers traveling behind them.

When I had to use their ambulance service to go from Cleveland Clinic Brunswick to Medina hospital not knowing that they were not in my insurance network. They hounded me for the money that insurance didnt cover. Another time I was at the Clinic and had to go to the downtown campus. At first I refused service because of what happened last time I used them then the emergency room doctor assured me that he would write them a note when I got the bill. Not only did they disregard the letter from the doc they sent the bill to collections a month after I was in the hospital. Now they are calling me at work. Stay away

terrible!!! was supposed to pick me up at 5 oclock from the hospital case manager called at seven and ask where they were. They said they canceled and left a message for the case manager, she told him they were lying because she never got a call so now I said they would pick me up tomorrow sometime. What a seedy company
