I just moved into Hampton Woods. The office/property manager, Chad Smith, has been such a wonderful, helpful and pleasant person to deal with! He is such a bright spot compared to the place I moved from. Everyone Ive met so far here has had nothing but positive things to say about Chad. When I first came to look at Hampton Woods, every resident who saw Chad while he was showing me around, stopped to chat and Chad was so familiar and pleasant to them. That told me a lot about his relationship with the residents. I also noticed residents sitting together and having fun in the community room. I loved that! So, between Chad and the residents, thats why I chose to move to Hampton Woods! Im so happy to be here! I hope Chad stays here for a long time! I know I can count on himand that means everything to me! Thank you, Chad!!

It is nice how Chad takes to get to know the residents' needs and gets to know us. It is great to have someone cares.
