The Hub

I currently live here, for almost a year now. If you're looking here and you have other options look elsewhere. They only give you 3 days before payment is considered late and they charge exorbitant fees for a very average apartment. Late fees are $70 plus $5 a day so if you get paid on the 5th like me you are always stuck with fees and management will not negotiate with you at all. They start legal actions on the 10th where most places give you at least a month. There's nothing here that you can't find elsewhere at a cheaper rate and better convenience. Also good luck trying to get in contact with anyone. Noone picks up the phone to answer questions.

Weve lived at the hub for over a year now and its been very enjoyable - overall the community is very quiet. If parking is a concern for you, this is one of the only apartment buildings in the area with an attached garage and walkway - we saw that as a great perk. Moving in was easy and our maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly (within a day or less!).

I've lived at The Hub in the short north for almost 2 years now and cannot complain about my experience. Maintenance staff is always responsive and quick, especially if it is an emergency. The staff is also very helpful and responsive.

After recently moving to Columbus the Hub has been a wonderful experience for us! We have been in our apartment for 6 months and have had all positive experiences with management and staff in the building. The location is perfect for all downtown and Shortnorth activities! Rooms are spacious and common areas are always kept clean!

The hub is a great place to live! The maintenance crew responds quickly and the building is safe and clean.
