Just want to give a shoutout to the lovely leasing associate, Indicah. She has made the transactional process of relocating to the Columbus area easier. She has continuously keep in contact throughout the process and has answered any questions I may have. I am very excited to relate to the Columbus area and thank you for allowing that first step to be an easy one.

I have been living here since 2021 and just renewed my 15 month lease. I really enjoy living here. Its quiet with good neighbors. Our current management is really working to improve things that were neglected by previous management. Our office staff and maintenance staff are genuinely concerned about tenants and do their best to make sure that things are taken care of as quickly as possible.

As a current resident, I read the reviews and wanted to leave my own about what it's like to actually live in these apartments. First off, the "helpful staff" mentioned in these reviews change literally every other week. No one mentioned in prior reviews is here. The office hours listed are a suggestion, and by no means will anyone be around during the listed times. After being bought out late last year, service here has gone to hell. No communication is sent to the residents. As I type this, they are re-roofing the houses on a Saturday morning. No notice. No attempts to shield cars, etc from any debris. Just constant banging on the wall. Rent has gone up roughly 30%, and they are now asking double what I paid to be here. Maintence crew fixes the jobs, but there is a large delay on the repairs, especially considering the rent. Finally, they have problems billing you certain utilities at all. This means in order to pay your bills, you have to fight them to even get it in the first place, then check for accuracy. Overall, this is another case of an out of state company coming in, buying up, and checking out. Have been here for 5 years, and do not recommend anyone renew or lease under new management.
