Ashton Pines Apartments and Townhomes

I'm a new tenant Tim, Matt & Tom or Tim the (plumber) were great. They came quickly to resolve the issue. They're phenomenal! If they could only fix the temp outside... Lol The leasing staff has been kind to me as well. Missing my washer/drier though! I love that it's quiet at night especially!

I just moved into Ashton Pines two months ago, called and asked for maintenance. Come out and fix my electrical issue within one hour. They were out here and Timmy was awesome. They got it fixed right away. I would give them a five star anytime.

I just moved into the complex for a second time and I cant say enough good things about the entire staff, especially Kelly. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a place to live. And for that, Im truly thankful! Keep up the great work :)

Tim, one of the best maintenance guys around, was here to take care of our service request. As always, he was awesome. He was here within a couple of hours of us placing our request. He is always friendly and very patient with any questions we may have. Don, our maintenance guy, did an awesome job. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He took care of our problem in a short amount of time but we never felt that we were being rushed. He was great! (Update) Tim, one of the great maintenance guys, was here today to put up my handicap sign. He did a great job! He is always friendly, professional and polite every time I have needed him. I also want to thank Kelly for help in getting this done. She is consistently pleasant and friendly the times I have spoken to her. This was an early Christmas present! So thank you both for making this happen. (Update) I want thank Tim, Kelly, and Lauren for the following: Kelly and Lauren did our general inspection today and they were helpful, understanding, very nice and professional. They answered any questions or concerns that I had with positive solutions. I was having issues with my house key, and they sent Tim to replace my very old lock with a new one. As for Tim, he not only installed the new lock but also tightened/replaced the screws in the door frame. Tim is awesome, consistently. He is pretty much excellent every time. (Update) One of the maintenance guys, Dereece, came today to work on a couple of maintenance service tickets for our apartment. He was great! Very friendly and professional. He explained what was being done and answered all our questions. (Update) Dareece, one of the awesome maintenance guys here, came today to replace the handle on our stove. Since the new handle is different from the original one, it wasn't the easiest to do, but Dareece was very patient while figuring out how to pull it all together! He did a great job. (Updste) More on Tim. Our a/c was not putting out cool air, the inside temp never changed, so a service request was put in. Tim came the next morning and checked the unit and found that the freon was low. He added the freon and brought it back to cooling level. This was done quickly and professionally. Tim is very good at answering questions and explaining the process. (Update) Tim again. He took one of the drawers in the kitchen as the cover on the drawer would not stay on. It had been repaired repeatedly, but would not stay on for long. Tim took the drawer back to the workshop and did an amazing job of fixing the cover to the front of the drawer. It looks like it did when we first moved in. Awesome work. Tim's the best
