Legacy Pointe at Poindexter

Tried to apply to this apartment. Whoever that old bword is that lease the apartments . Did not want to do her job! She should be fired.. had all my paperwork she did not want to accept it. And then was unprofessional about the whole sort. Some y weds to check into this. They dont even want paying renters. Sad its all black women in there and they are TRIFLIN AND UNPROFESSIONAL! She went to my credit report instead of taking the information from the courts! They are LIARS AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE. Should not be allowed to work in leasing ANYWHERE!

I do not like living here at all. I have the most EXTREMELY loud and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. My whole apartment shakes from all the madness. They are loud literally all day everyday and i work from home so. Imagine that smh. I have sent emails and have called and nobody has done a single thing. This has been going on over a year now. I am very excited to move here VERY SOON because i hate it here so much. Plus i put in a maintenance request for my air and no one has came to fix it. Zero stars if i could ***UPDATE: nobody has still yet to come fix my air but I dont care anymore at this point because Im finally leaving! Kids are super bad over here they shattered the whole door to the building and talk mess to adults and BOTHER them by consistently kicking residents doors after asking multiple times to stop by EVERYBODY IN HERE! neighbors still loud, everytime i wake up police are blocking off the whole neighborhood due to shootings. Theres always loud drama outside, maintenance doesnt do a thing! I put in yet ANOTHER request for my garbage disposal over a month ago and do yall think anyone came and fixed it, of course not lol. And the same stands the office employees are rude as usual. Glad Im finally being relieved of my shackles of living here. I dont recommend but good luck if yall do but its not a good idea trust me. This office/apartments do not care about anyone.

Awful, disorganized past management and new. They do not keep accurate records, and do not follow up with residents on issues. They will leave you saying you owe a huge balance from a year ago. The houses are nice but this office has always been a mess since I moved in when it opened. Update to say it's gotten much worse. The office will lie to you and ignore you for months. Good luck even reaching anyone. It takes months to get anything fixed if they even fix it at all. Places get run down and every appliance breaks. Worst of all in a 90 plus degree heat wave I've had no AC for months.
