Hello Nicole, Unfortunately, car thefts and vandalism are rampant throughout Columbus. We are always willing to help police with their investigation in any way possible, including turning over surveillance footage when we have it. To prevent the risk of vehicle break-ins, we strongly encourage all Guests not to leave anything of value inside of their car.

Hello Keke, We are sorry you were the victim of attempted theft. We are aware that Kia’s are a highly targeted car for crime such as this. We suggest that you take the recommended measures by the car manufacturer to prevent theft in the future. Unfortunately, we are not the police and cannot ensure no crime takes place. We are always eager to assist the police in any way we can to stop criminals. Regarding utilities, this is the first time we have heard this from you, if you could share the details with the office, they can see if they notice anything unusual. For instance, sometimes the bill covers more than 1 month.
