        I have lived here for a yr now and it has been shooting, car broken into, fighting and police raids in the one yr Ive been here. We now have new management. And a lot has been getting better since she has been here. A new gate has been put up for safety and they have security guards at the gate as well. Plus removing some of the people that were the problem. Now the old management had no control over anything. They was getting cool with residents chilling at their homes. Riding around the complex kicking it residents. When we have cameras out here. Management will play everyone one against each other. Lie to you I put in a PRC 3 Xs and still havent received any help. Because the office never sent in the W9 form. Its sad the apartments are beautiful but the old management didnt take care of business and let go good people to make themselves look good. When the people in charge let everyone down. Hopefully the new management Ms. Simmon can keep improving this place and keep everyone safe.

        First speaking with Onjela, we did get off to a rough start regarding the companies fault. However, I do appreciate her calling back and admitting that I was in fact telling the truth and will work things through. Thank you for that because I am a very honest person, and will not tell you something if I wasnt in fact confident about it. Im glad that we were able to get on the same page. Thank you again!

        I moved in 8/22, I thought the community was great in the beginning because there were very few tenants living here, but once they started letting the rift raft move in things went bad. The trash in always threw all around the dumpster Ive called corporate left messages and complaints with past management and nothing happened. I needed some assistance from past management (Linda) and she totally disregarded me. Things are going well with the new management Mrs.Simmons so I really hope she stays around for as long as I stay here
