    Apartment was filthy when I moved in. Looks nothing like the display. Pictures on what to expect are below. The heat did not work at all but was fixed immediately so kudos to staff. Toilets are for 5 yr Olds, so very small. The trim is horrible, never seen such a bad product used. Paint and wall repair jobs are atrocious, 2yr old could do better. Hallway walls are falling apart and doors/locks need updating badly. Looks like black mold in ceiling. Bathroom was disgusting and hardware is rusting. There is no weatherization in the units either so be prepared for high electric bills. On top of your electric bill also be prepared to pay a portion of the complexes as they also charge for the electric used within all buildings and outside to each renter. If you can get a lower price and your good at decorating/cleaning it is livable. Problems are fixed pretty fast and if you call the office they do try to help. However, they will never call you to follow up with stuff so be prepared to be "That person." The HP hub is an example of what will come out of vents they will refuse to clean. So if you have allergies I would simply advise you not to move here. Really disappointed as the sample unit is beautiful. Update: this complex is not a lower priced place. They con you in at one price and then charge you additional $200 monthly for misc. Also, please do not believe the mgt reply, you can even call corporate and no one will ever call you back. Front desk makes excuses that do not even make sense. You will run in a vicious circle trying to figure out why something is not fixed, why you are paying $200 over your rent, and why you have to park 5 buildings down from your own apartment.

    Ive been searching for a new home and i found it! I went to visit today and drove around the neighborhood first and it was nice and quiet and clean. I got to meet the property manager Shay who was very nice, she even offered me refreshments. Viewed the apartment, 2 bedrooms which was perfect for me and my son. Submitted my application, hopefully i get approved! *fingers crossed*
