An absolute nightmare to navigate around this hell hole. NO SIGNAGE ANYWHERE!!! Paper thin walls, terrible parking, and ridiculously over priced!!! Once your inside It'll take you a month to find your way out. PUT UP SOME DAMN SIGNS!!!!

The office staff doesnt know how to do their job and could care less about you as a resident. Also the people who live here are really stuck up and in a weird clique where everyone gossips about everyone. I feel like Im living in a college dorm. They dont know how to be kind or take their trash out. So you will get to spend $1700 for a one bedroom and smell rotting trash on a consistent basis going into your apt. despite several attempts at trying to remedy the issue. A car was stolen out of someones garage and cars get broken into every night since you basically live in a strip mall parking lot. I cant wait until my lease ends. Oh not to mention the fact the first month I moved in me and my girlfriend were screamed at by a drunk ground's crew staff member (Jeremy) for trying to leave the pool area 10 mins early. He kept screaming we were gonna get locked in if we didnt leave as we were trying to gather our things to leave. We were out of pool area and he follows us to the office and up the stairs to charge in our face and scream to the point he was spitting on us and threatening fines when he had no authority to do so. Do yourself a favor and find a place with better staff that has safe parking and less pretentious people. TO YOUR REPLY: There are in fact no cameras in the parking lot that is a lie. If there were these criminals would be caught and it would stop happening as often. I am not the only one who has mentioned the smell of the one girl who cooks broccoli and then doesnt take her trash out on a consistent basis so we all have to smell rotting food. Now granted, it may not bother other residents to the point of submitting a complaint as I have but Im not willing to live with the smell. The fact you say staff has never smelled what I do is also a lie, you all gave me plug ins at one point to help with the smell, now youve never smelled anything. You all say that Im passive aggressive but your reply is just that. Thank you for continuing to prove my point
