Im glad I am a review type person! When you read reviews you dodge a lot of bullets and save yourself a lot of heartache in the long run, so yeah, these apartments are not for me and Im sorry for the people that didnt read reviews and youre going through a heartache now. But one thing I have to say in defense whomever that idiot seven years ago said that there was mold and some kind of fungus growing on the carpet and the walls lol times 10. !!! Sir, you took pictures of macaroni noodles and trying to pass it off as Fungus! You need to be in a mental hospital! Such rubbish and nonsense!

Ive enjoyed living at Runaway Bay. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly, and I have had positive experiences when working with management.

absolute nightmare of an apartment complex. We had black mold growing in our apartment for over a month, with multiple calls and work orders put in all of which were ignored. It took multiple times going into the office for anything to get done, also not our fault the bathrooms above were leaking water onto our ceilings causing the mold. we were not offered lowered rent and every single person i talked to stated that was not their job and gave us numbers to call to which no one answered. our water heater went out multiple times leading to us not having hot water for over two weeks total, again work orders and calls were made which were ignored. We had multiple mice in our apartment, and we were without a washer for over two weeks. just like most of these reviews if youre thinking about living here dont. they are awful and do not care about you they just want money. absolute joke
