        Came in today for a no appointment setting and teller named Cj was very briefly stating she leaving early and she has appointment I was confused about the entire ordeal also also was not coming here I will find another bank

        I was able to get a credit card application processed quickly with the help of Christopher Lewis. The application was stopped because our accounts with the three credit reporting agencies were frozen. I unfroze the accounts and Chris helped to expedite the application and let me know so I could refreeze the accounts. Exceptional service was very much appreciated.

        Hate this branch and bank its impossible to get customer service with US bank I spent an hour on phone and then finally just drove in and they said I had to call the credit card division and they cant help me in person. Called back the CC place and they disconnected after 10 mins of waiting and 5 mins of talking to the rep Im just closing my account and moving to Bank of America
