The amenities are amazing and included with any spa service of $100 or more. Plus sized robes go up to a 5x which is normally lacking at other luxury spas. Even though I live 3 hours away it was worth the drive!

My mom and I visited Panacea about a month ago for 60-minute relaxation massages. Unfortunately we booked on a Tuesday and did not realize the spa closed at 5pm. The hours are listed on their website but are not readily visible when booking on a mobile device. Because our services began at 3:45pm, we did not have any time to use the spa's amenities. We recognized that we were partially at fault but were still disappointed as the amenities were what we were looking forward to the most. The manager reached out and made an effort to make it right. We were able to use the amenities on a different day and had a wonderful time. Additionally, it's our understanding that the spa has changed their reminder communications to include information regarding varying hours. Our initial massage service was great, staff is friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. We really appreciated the spa's flexibility in allowing us to use the amenities another day since we know it is difficult to squeeze people in while ensuring the spa remains a relaxing and peaceful environment. We will certainly be back and feel that the services offered, amenities, and our customer service experience warranted a 5-star review.
