WoodSpring Suites Columbus North I-270

Ok I did a review on this hotel I was upset with the fact I drove 1886 miles thinking I was going to a pet friendly place so I found out different .the manager and the guys were great to help me with this and make things right for me .sometimes we get up set before things get worked out .they are really working hard to make this a good place for all to stay .great job to manager that is making this place better .I would stay here again Noteworthy details: Please do better with letting people with pets know when booking all the prices so not blind sided

Had a great stay. The front desk staff, highlighted by the exquisite Ms. Jessica is courteous, and thorough.

The only thing good I have to say is that the rooms are clean , the front desk staff is RUDE ENTIRELY !!!!!!! That being said I decided to check out BEFORE the check out time of 12 yet after leaving they ran my card for a stay tonight and have been refusing to fix it and even more so rude now then during our stay . Jessica the GM shouldn't be working with paying customers she has an attitude and makes smart remarks to paying customers
