I cannot say enough good about Tiffany and her designs for our daughter's wedding shower! Tiffany had an example of an arrangement ready at our consultation to view, and it was spot on per my inspirations given to her prior to the appointment! And....I was able to take the arrangement home, extra bonus! Thank you to Oberer's and Tiffany!

Customer experience is lacking. I have been in several times and I always feel like Im inconveniencing them. Placed an order well in advance and then get a call the day before saying they dont have the colors I want. No offer of an upgrade or a discount. Just a take it or leave it approach.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement and mistakenly had it delivered a week to early. I called and explained what happened and asked if they could give me a discount on another arrangement to be delivered the following week. The young lady (Kim) asked me to hold on and she would get back to me. Kim came back to the phone and verified the recipients name, address, date and time for delivery. She then added, "we will re deliver the exact same arrangement, the following week at no additional cost, that's the discount we will give you". I could not believe what I just heard! I was hoping to get the delivery charge waived, not a free arrangement. Not only does this company have beautiful, healthy flowers, plants and arrangements, but their customer service is outstanding. On a scale of 1-5, I give them a 10. Oberer's Flowers is my go to Florist!

It is so very rare today to get excellent customer service, but Kim C. at Oberers just reminded me it still exists. Because of time constraints ,I needed to expedite a delivery and Kim went way beyond the call of duty to get it done for me. She was professional, efficient, and most importantly kind and considerate. Thank you, Kim, and thank you for brightening someones day! KQ
