        Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a florist the owner is very friendly knowledgeable and professional the prices are very reasonable I highly recommend this florist!!!!

        Valentine Floral was PERFECT!!! The roses were exactly what my sweetheart wanted... we couldn't be happier!!!!

        Unapologetically disappointing. I was gifted a bouquet very specifically of Birds of Paradise in a bamboo container- they called teleflora to be sure there would be Birds of Paradise. I was sent a similar arrangement with 1/2 unopened/never opened pin cushion flowers in a thin plastic dish. Its nice enough but they should have refused the order or told the person ordering they would be making several substitutions. When I called the person had no apologies and defended their right to substitute everything about the order.

        Left delivered flowers outside on a rainy day when the recipient was home. Called hoping they would rectify and they could have cared less. DO NOT SUPPORT this business!!!

      The flower was delivered as directed. It was NOT raining, and it is not our fault your recipient which you claim was home would not open the door and accept delivery. We tried to be reasonable with you, however, you were very bitter and nasty right from the start of the call. We did nothing wrong or different for your delivery. We knocked, No answer, temp was above 35, so we left the Poinsettia at the door. Our apologies again that your customer failed to answer the door or failed to retrieve flower in timely manner. We can not determine if mother nature is going to turn and change the weather on us. Have a Great day.
