My fianc and I could not be happier with Krystys. On our first visit Janis and Brad (the owner) spent almost 2 hours with us helping to educate us and go through a multitude of different styles and options it was amazing the knowledge they had and the options they were able to show us. After that visit we went to several other jewelers and even though they were still good we just did not have the same experience. As well the prices at Krystys couldnt be beaten anywhere else! We will most certainly be returning for all of our jewelry needs in the future.

If you are looking for a quality jeweler, exceptional service and a gorgeous showroom in the Columbus area then Krystys Designs is for you! Shortly after becoming engaged I noticed my diamond was lose. I brought it to a different jeweler who was rude and refused to work on the piece. In a bit of desperation I found myself at Krystys; the in house jeweler diagnosed the problem with the ring and explained in detail the process to remedy the problem. I felt confident leaving my ring in the hands of this shop and was called back in before my expected return date! When I got my ring back I immediately noticed it was buffed and cleaned, looking better than it did coming out of the box! Krystys will be the only store I trust with any future repairs and I hope to design my fiancs wedding band with the amazingly talented jeweler. I wish I could give the experience more than 5 stars!

Brad is the best! I took jewelry that I had not worn for years and Brad made me a beautiful diamond necklace! I also purchased a ring! Brad listens to you and hes a very good man! I wont go anywhere else! Also the people that work there are really great!
