Red Giraffe Designs

I visited Red Giraffe Designs today with two goals in mind and of course to browse a little! Mattie was working today and was excellent and helping me walk through the process of designing a necklace for a graduation present (first goal). I was a little nervous to ask for my forever bracelet to be made a little tighter, but she quickly assured me it wasn't an annoying request and fixed it in less than two minutes (second goal). I paid for my order ran to the grocery store and received a text that it was ready. Custom present, bracelet adjustment, and grocery trip in less than one hour. The necklace is beautiful and a reasonable price for the quality of the product. Mattie's exceptional customer service was just the cherry on top!

Ordered a necklace online for Mothers Day and I messed up and wouldnt have gotten it in time the person working (I didnt get her name sorry!) was so kind and saved the day when I stopped by in person, and had the gift ready in minutes. Seriously amazing customer service here. Absolutely will be back!
