TP Mechanical has helped us with several unexpected existing conditions we uncovered throughout the course of our renovation. They've responded quickly and effectively, helping us resolve plumbing, fire suppression and HVAC issues to ensure our building remains up to code and will continue functioning well for years to come. When these issues have come up, TP has responded and completed repairs with urgency.

TODAY AT 1203PM.Very openly  racist customers service.   Not just by the first man that call me to schedule an appoinment, who said that because of my (Latino) accent I must not be a customer, then hung up on me while I was talking but also, the lady who replied when I called back the same number 5138518881 to express the bad experience I just had.  She acted very similarly and when I explained the situation she said that they do not serve residential buildings and ignore completly what I said.For supervisors, you need to know that not working with a client based on race or place of origen is ILLEGAL and your employees are building a reputation around TP Mechanical of treating your clients differently on account race and other protected categories.You need to educate your employees or TP Mechanical will get sued for discrimination.  Nowadays, it is very easy to record conversations on s/o cellphone and collect evidence.Please, hope this does not reflect the culture of the whole company and is only the Cincinnati office that display this behavior.
