I recently got a pedicure here, and skin around my toenails are damaged from the file. I can also tell the gel is already starting to peel off and the gel from my previous pedicure was not fully removed. The bowl for my pedicure was also broken and made the experience uncomfortable because I was as fighting to keep my feet on the broken bowl. The staff was friendly, but the quality of the service fell flat.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. I went to get a pedicure here a week ago and I already have three toe nails that the polish is completely gone on. I have gotten many pedicures and have never had any had polish completely gone or even chip in 1 week. Another new experience I had was my toe getting cut while getting a pedicure, which caused it to stinging and pain during the experience. Again never had this happen ever. The chairs were very basic, essentially a wooden chair with a pillow. They had no dryers for toe polish, instead there were two small fans. These fans were extremely dusty, which makes me question the cleanliness of the salon in general. For the price of the service, I expected much more.

Jacqui and her BFF were incredible and took excellent care of my best friend and myself on our girl's day. I cannot wait to go back! Don't walk.... RUN there!

I would highly recommend never going here. Maybe it was the day, maybe it was the technician, but this was the most painful and disappointing experience. From the get-go, this was not a pleasant experience I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment to check in. There was a woman checking out a party, which is understandable, but I was completely ignored for 10 minutes as other staff walked back and forth. Someone could have greeted me and the other woman waiting to check in instead of ignoring us. Not great, but not even close to the worst part of this experience. During my service, the technician cut the cuticles too short resulting in one becoming infected. I cannot use the finger currently because of how painful it is. Overall, this was an incredibly painful experience with more cuts and burning than Ive ever experienced before. The tech set me up at the fan, told me to set it to 3 minutes two times and then she disappeared. After the 6 minutes were completed, I looked around for her to see what was next and never saw her again. I wanted to ask her to clean them up as she got polish all around my fingers and wasnt able to as she was MIA. I stood at the check in/out tablet until someone finally came out from the back and asked if I needed to check out. I said yes, she helped, I asked for some lotion because the fans dried out my hands, she was clearly inconvenienced by this but gave me a squirt, and I left. Immediately upon stepping outside I took photos and a video of my nails. I was hoping maybe after a few minutes Id be happier, which couldnt be further off. I got to my car and cried. You should never leave an appointment like this and immediately begin crying, so much for self love club. As the day progressed, my one nail became more and more inflamed and painful. In addition to the one thats infected, she cut me which resulted in multiple areas of painfully raw skin/bleeding. They look horrendous. From the manicure itself to the paint job to the cuts and hang nails and skin she neglected to cut off, Im embarrassed to have my nails look like this. This wasn't worth the price or the pain that was caused. When I called yesterday after my appointment to talk to someone about it, I couldn't get through. Called again this morning and was told to send an email as they don't have anyone to talk to. Overall not a good experience in any way. I'll update if I ever hear anything from this company, but right now I'm fighting this infection and praying I can get them fixed before work this week.
