Very friendly/helpful staff. Has been more reliable than the local CVS and Walgreens, especially when it comes to operating hours.

Kroger Pharmacys are just not good! The customer service is horrible. I shouldnt have to call around to ensure my Prescriptions are ready. Its ridiculous! At CVS, they get the prescriptions and call you to advise that they are ready! Not the other way around. Thanks dont like their attitude when it comes to customers on pain management. I feel that the staff talks down to me when I call in. The staff seems to work against you to get your prescriptions filled. If I didnt have legal knowledge of when my prescriptions could be filled, they would screw you and having you wait unnecessarily and in pain. Avoid this place! They lack professionalism, efficiency and compassion for their customers! I wont be going back!

Always and I mean always long lines!! One person taking care of getting your prescription and cashing you out. Of course you have people asking a million questions or theres a problem with the prescription or some off the wall nonsense going on.
It's time consuming, its aggravating, it's a mess!

Another Kroger pharmacy incapable of filling prescriptions. It doesn't matter how many times you call ahead, your prescription still won't be ready! Avoid Kroger pharmacies as much as possible.
