Slow drive thru

The pharmacy drive thru closes at 4 or 5 throughout the week with no rhyme or reason and is just altogether closed on the weekends? It has been this way for a few months now. The line inside is always long and the service is slow. I also had the experience of consulting a pharmacist via the tech ringing me up and not only misunderstanding my initial question, but then having to discuss my medication concerns halfway across the pharmacy with a whole line of people behind me. Im going to be looking for a different pharmacy. I can empathize with staffing shortages but there was no need for the entire pharmacy to know my business.

Wasn't open when I was there and I had to WALK THERE AND BACK. NOT EVERYONE HAS A CAR,BUS FARE OR MONEY
