Please do yourself a favor and read the horrible reviews before renting from this company. When I had a lease with them, they sold our property and had tons of people touring our apartment with no notice. One time, our neighbor called us and told us that random guys were in our house and they left the front door wide open (we had two cats at the time) and so we rushed home to make sure they did not get out. When we arrived home, the touring people were just leaving and our back door was left unlocked AND our windows were all unlocked. I assume this happened because the future owners were checking to see if the windows worked properly. We had no idea that people were touring our home that day or we would have never left. Who tours a house and leaves a door unlocked? Especially in an area like OSU campus? We also had three different types of mold in our basement (including black mold). I was thinking about this company today and my horrible experience so I wanted to share with everyone.

Isaac, Allen, and Pat have all been awesome with my various maintenance requests. Prompt, thorough, and very kind! Ive also had a wonderful experience with Anne at the leasing office. She has been quick to return phone calls, has answered any questions Ive had, and been easy to work with overall. I have recently renewed my lease for a second year and I look forward to continuing renting from Peak.
